Key Principles
We'd be hard pressed to pick just one principle that's key to our success. But let us pick three and we're off to the races.
- Best Practices. It is not only possible to identify better ways of doing things, but doing so intentionally and systematically can lead to extraordinary performance.
- Self-Determination. The best answers to issues start from within the organization itself, and the resolve to change must be centered there. The role of DWA is to draw out those solutions and implement the activity needed to achieve them.
- Accountability. Choosing to commit to an envisioned goal, defining the plan, measuring for performance, and relentlessly correcting course to attain it.
Key Values
It's hard to boil your passion down to just a few key words and concepts. But it's important.
These are the key values that drive DWA.
- Relationships. It’s never “just business.” Successful business is about successful human relationships.
- High-Performance. Ordinary is not okay. We only seek clients who seek extraordinary results.
- Enjoyment. A key outcome of our process is improvement of lifestyle. This includes, for our clients and us, rich enjoyment of our professional and personal lives.
- Results. We appreciate the theoretical and learned, but prize results above all else. Our advice must always be actionable and allow our clients the opportunity to produce results.
