Dustin Walling, MS, CPBA, is Principal of Dustin Walling Associates. Dustin is an trusted advisor, coach, writer, speaker, and thought leader. Dustin’s specialty is strategic and operational consulting in the areas of leadership, organizational alignment, performance management, and professional development. His breadth of experience as a business founder, leader, and consultant has given him the opportunity to work with both public and private clients from coast to coast, such as Warner Bros., Hollywood Video, Design Within Reach, iParty.com, as well as several universities, numerous small to medium businesses, and family owned businesses.

Dustin is a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants, an Associate Member of the American Psychological Association, and an Associate Member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He holds a M.S. in Psychology from Purdue University and has earned the Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) designation.
